    Surveillance on Rural Drinking Water Safety Projects in Yunnan Province in 2013

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解和掌握云南省农村饮水安全工程水质卫生状况, 为预防介水传染病和应对饮用水公共卫生事件提供科学依据。
      方法 根据全国爱卫办《农村饮水安全工程水质卫生监测方案》要求, 对工程基本情况进行调查和采集水样, 参照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对18个指标进行检测。
      结果 调查1067个工程, 无处理设施的工程占47.24%, 完全处理占14.34%。地面水水源占62.79%。检测水样4 268份, 所检指标均合格水样1 253个, 合格率29.36%;出厂水合格率30.04%, 末梢水合格率28.68%, 差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.95, P > 0.05)。枯水期合格率36.22%, 丰水期合格率为22.02%, 差异有统计学意义(χ2=73.72, P < 0.05);单项合格率低于90%的指标有总大肠菌群、肉眼可见物、菌落总数和浑浊度。
      结论 云南农村大部分饮水安全工程缺乏必要水处理设施设备, 水质合格率较低, 存在饮水安全隐患。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives In order to understand the sanitary situation of the rural drinking water safety project in Yunnan province, and to provide scientific basis for preventing water-borne infection and controlling drinking water relevant public health events.
      Methods The basic situation of water supplies in the rural drinking water safety project and water samples were collected and investigated according to the National Sanitary Surveillance Scheme for Rural Drinking Water Project proposed by the National Public Health Campaign Committee.Water samples were examined according to the Standard Examination methods for Drinking Water.
      Results In 1 067 water supplies of the project, 47.24% of them had no enough treatment facilities, only 14.34% of them had completed treatment facilities. Surface water was the main type of water source, which accounted for 62.79%. The 18 indexes detected in 4 268 water samples, only those in 1 253 (29.36%) water samples reached the standard quality for drinking water in China. The qualified rate of treated water was 30.04% and the qualified rate of tap water was 28.68%(P>0.05). The qualified rate in dry period was 36.22%, and was 22.02% in wet period(P < 0.05). The qualified rate of 18 examined indexes which was lower than 90% were total coli forms, visible substance, total bacteria counts and turbidity.
      Conclusions Water treatment facilities in most of water supplies in the rural water drinking safety project in Yunnan were insufficient, and the administration was not perfect. The qualified rate of drinking water was lower in microbial index and general sensory indexes, and there were hidden dangers in drinking water safety.
