化妆品标准体系的探讨

Investigation on the Cosmetic Standard System in China

摘要: 通过对国内化妆品卫生标准、卫生标准体系现状和发展趋势的研究, 提出我国化妆品标准二维体系结构图及化妆品标准体系表, 通过对体系图和体系表的构建说明及过程, 提出完善我国化妆品标准体系的建议: (1) 制定和颁布人体安全性和功效性评价方法标准和化妆品不良反应监测标准; (2) 借鉴国际化妆品标准的最新修订成果; (3) 确保标准体系的时效性和统一性。

Abstract: Through investigation and analysis on the current situation and development of domestic cosmetic standards and the standard systems, a two-dimensional cosmetic standard system chart, cosmetic standard system tables, and the related explanations of the structure and its elements were constructed.Suggestions for perfecting the cosmetic standard system were put forward: (1) formulating and revising standards on the evaluation of the effect and safety of cosmetics and standards for monitoring adverse reaction of cosmetics; (2) learning experiences from international cosmetic standard systems, (3) ensuring consistency and timeliness with the cosmetic system.
