海雾对大气污染物及健康影响研究进展

    Research progress on the impact of sea fog on atmospheric pollutants and its health effects

    • 摘要: 海雾作为一种自然现象, 其发生伴随能见度的急剧下降, 对人类活动和财产安全构成严重威胁。海雾不仅会影响海上交通安全, 还可能改变大气中污染物的浓度分布, 进而对人类健康产生影响。沿海地区居民(如港口城市、工业滨海带)、海上作业人员(如渔民、航运从业者)及近岸通勤者因长期或高频暴露于海雾环境, 成为健康风险的敏感人群。本文综述海雾对大气污染物浓度的影响以及由此可能带来的健康风险, 探讨海雾携带的污染物对人体健康的影响, 特别关注呼吸系统、心血管系统和免疫系统的潜在危害, 总结当前在海雾健康影响领域的研究进展和存在的不足。

       

      Abstract: Sea fog, as a natural phenomenon, is often accompanied by a sharp decline in visibility, posing significant threats to human activities and property safety. Sea fog not only impacts maritime traffic safety, but may also alter the concentration distribution of atmospheric pollutants, thereby affecting human health. Coastal residents (e.g., in port cities and industrial coastal zones), maritime workers (such as fishermen and shipping industry personnel), and nearshore commuters constitute vulnerable populations to health risks due to prolonged or frequent exposure to sea fog environments. This paper reviews the influence of sea fog on atmospheric pollutant concentrations and associated potential health risks, with a particular focus on the potential hazards to the respiratory, cardiovascular, and immune systems. Additionally, we provide a summary of the current progress and limitations in the field of sea fog-related health research.
