超声波萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱测定PM2.5中18种多氯联苯

    Determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in PM2.5 by ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

      目的 建立同时测定大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)中18种多氯联苯化合物的方法。
      方法 采样后的PM2.5滤膜样品中加入氚代多氯联苯替代物,用超声波辅助提取,净化柱净化,气相色谱-串联质谱联用(GC-MS/MS)分析,内标法定量。
      结果 18种多氯联苯的线性范围为1.8~45.0 μg/L,线性关系良好(相关系数> 0.997)。方法检出限在0.2~2.0 pg/m3,测定下限在0.8~8.0 pg/m3。样品中多氯联苯低、中、高浓度加标回收率为64.6%~112.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.02%~10.90%。
      结论 本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,能够满足大气细颗粒物中18种多氯联苯化合物同时检测的需求。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyl compounds in atmospheric fine particulate matter (PM2.5).
      Methods Surrogates were added to PM2.5 quartz fiber filter samples for ultrasonic-assisted extraction, column purification, and quantification by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with internal standards.
      Results For the 18 polychlorinated biphenyls, the linear ranges were 1.8-45.0 μg/L, with good linearity (correlation coefficients r>0.997); the detection limits were 0.2-2.0 pg/m3; the quantitation limits were 0.8-8.0 pg/m3; the recovery rates spiked at low, medium, and high concentrations were 64.6%-112.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 4.02%-10.90%.
      Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive, stable, and reliable, which can meet the requirements for simultaneous measurement of 18 polychlorinated biphenyl compounds in atmospheric PM2.5.
