Abstract: After years of development, China has already established a relatively comprehensive system for monitoring adverse reactions related to cosmetics, including laws and regulations, talents, standard establishment, information system, and regulation support system. As an important part of the monitoring system, the National Cosmetic Adverse Reaction Monitoring and Evaluation Base is responsible for cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring, evaluation, research, and technical guidance.
