    Killing effect of pulsed electromagnetic plasma on microorganisms

    • 摘要:
      目的 观察脉冲电磁等离子体对细菌、真菌、芽孢、包膜病毒和无包膜病毒杀灭效果。
      方法 参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版), 评价脉冲电磁等离子体对细菌、真菌、芽孢、包膜病毒和无包膜病毒的杀灭效果。
      结果 脉冲电磁等离子体作用1.5 min, 对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的染菌载体杀灭对数值均>3.00, 对脊髓灰质炎病毒Ⅰ型(PV-Ⅰ)和人类冠状病毒HCoV-229E的杀灭对数值均>4.00;产生的臭氧浓度低于《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T 18883-2022)对臭氧限量要求。
      结论 脉冲电磁等离子体对细菌、真菌、芽孢、包膜病毒和无包膜病毒的杀灭效果显著, 具有快速、无残留、低成本等特点。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the killing effect of pulsed electromagnetic plasma on bacteria, fungi, spores, enveloped viruses, and non-enveloped viruses.
      Methods The Technical Standard for Disinfection (2002 edition) was used to evaluate the killing effect of pulsed electromagnetic plasma on bacteria, fungi, spores, enveloped viruses, and non-enveloped viruses.
      Results After treatment for 1.5 minutes, pulsed electromagnetic plasma showed a log reduction value of >3.00 against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores and a log reduction value of >4.00 for poliovirus I (PV-Ⅰ) and human coronavirus HCoV-229E. The concentration of ozone generated was below the limits for ozone in the Standards for Indoor Air Quality (GB/T 18883-2022).
      Conclusion Pulsed electromagnetic plasma has a marked killing effect on bacteria, fungi, spores, enveloped viruses, and non-enveloped viruses, with the characteristics of rapid action, residue-free outcomes, and low costs.
