    饮水中镉检测实验室间比对实验的影响因素分析

    Factors influencing cadmium determination in drinking water based on the interlaboratory comparison project

    • 摘要:
      目的 通过2021年"饮用水中镉的检测"实验室间比对项目实验, 探讨影响生活饮用水中镉测定结果的因素, 提出测定的关键点。
      方法 制定质量控制措施, 优化仪器参数条件, 分别应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(atomic absorption spectrometry, AAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定2021年"饮用水中镉的检测"项目考核样品。
      结果 饮用水中镉实验室间比对实验两个浓度水平考核样品Z值均小于1(Z值≤2为满意结果), 结果满意。
      结论 采取适宜的仪器工作条件和质量控制措施, 规避实验中可能影响测定结果的因素, 是保证检测结果准确性的有效手段。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the factors affecting the determination of cadmium in drinking water and propose the key points of determination based on the interlaboratory comparison project titled "Determination of Cadmium in Drinking Water" in 2021.
      Methods The instrument parameters were optimized and the quality control measures were established for sample measurement. The project evaluation samples were analyzed using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
      Results The Z-scores of evaluation samples at both concentration levels were less than 1 and the result were satisfactory at a Z-score threshold of ≤2.
      Conclusion By using appropriate instrument conditions and quality control measures, the factors that may affect the determination result can be avoided. These strategies serve as effective means to achieve accurate determination result.
