    An interpretation of the VigiGrade completeness score

      摘要
    • 摘要: 乌普萨拉监测中心（Uppsala Monitoring Center，UMC）开发的VigiGrade完整性评分模块用于评估数据库报告质量。该方法依据信息维度对因果关系判定的相对重要性加权，VigiGrade完整性评分越高，说明个例报告质量越高。本文介绍VigiGrade的原理和评估结果，并就我国化妆品不良反应报告质量评估进一步改进和完善提出意见建议。

       

      Abstract: The VigiGrade completeness score developed by the Uppsala Monitoring Centre(UMC) is a measure applied to assess for the quality of individual case reports, in which the information dimensions are weighted by their relative importance for causality assessment. The higher the VigiGrade completeness score, the higher the quality of individual case reports. This paper introduces the principles and evaluation result of the VigiGrade completeness score, and provides suggestions for further improvement and perfection of the quality assessment of individual case reports on cosmetic adverse reactions in China.
