    Current status of internal and external exposure of microplastics to humans and its determination technology progress

    • 摘要: 微塑料在生态环境中广泛分布, 可通过吸入、摄入和皮肤接触等途径进入生物体中, 威胁人类健康。近年来关于人体微塑料内外暴露水平的相关研究逐渐增多, 检测技术得到了发展和优化。本文综述国内外不同环境和人体介质中微塑料的赋存水平, 并对微塑料的常用预处理和检测技术的现状及优缺点进行了总结分析。

       

      Abstract: Microplastics are widely distributed in the ecological environment, and can enter organisms through inhalation, ingestion, and skin contact, seriously threatening human health. In recent years, research on the levels of internal and external exposure of microplastics to humans has been increasing and related determination technologies have been developed and optimized. In this paper, the occurrence levels of microplastics in different environments and human media at home and abroad are reviewed, and the current status, advantages and disadvantages of common pretreatment and determination technologies for microplastics were summarized and analyzed.
