Abstract:
Microplastics are widely distributed in the ecological environment, and can enter organisms through inhalation, ingestion, and skin contact, seriously threatening human health. In recent years, research on the levels of internal and external exposure of microplastics to humans has been increasing and related determination technologies have been developed and optimized. In this paper, the occurrence levels of microplastics in different environments and human media at home and abroad are reviewed, and the current status, advantages and disadvantages of common pretreatment and determination technologies for microplastics were summarized and analyzed.
