    Arsenic exposure routes and its mechanism in inducing skin demage

    • 摘要: 环境砷污染带来健康危害。砷可通过各种途径进入人体, 在人体内经过代谢转化成不同形态的砷。慢性砷中毒主要以皮肤病变暴露最常见的标志症状。本文综述了砷在不同环境下暴露特点及其皮肤损伤作用机制。

       

      Abstract: Environmental arsenic contamination brings health hazards. Arsenic can enter the human body through various routes, and it is metabolized into different forms in the human body. Skin lesions are the most common hallmark symptoms of chronic arsenic exposure. This article reviews the characteristics of arsenic exposure in different environments and its mechanism in inducing skin demage.
