    2021年青海省农村校园环境卫生现状分析

    Analysis on the status of environmental sanitation in rural schoolyards of Qinghai Province in 2021

    • 摘要:
      目的 调查青海省农村校园环境卫生基本情况,分析不同地区存在的主要问题,为政府制定学校环境卫生政策提供依据。
      方法 2021年采用分层抽样方法在全省各市州抽取16个县、177所中小学,采用统一的调查表,通过访谈、现场调查等方法收集数据,分区域(西宁市、海东市、牧区)对供水和厕所情况进行分析。
      结果 2021年青海省农村学校学生饮水方式以学校提供开水(83.05%)为主,供水方式以村镇水厂(80.79%)为主,卫生厕所普及率为77.95%, 男厕蹲位比合格率(94.92%)高于女厕(70.06%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.86,P < 0.05)。西宁市和牧区农村学校男厕蹲位比合格率高于海东市,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.64,P < 0.05);青海省学校厕所管理方式以学生参与管理为主(67.23%)。
      结论 青海省农村校园卫生厕所普及率不高,女厕蹲位比合格率较低,建议进一步提高农村学校卫生厕所普及率,加强厕所维护管理,增加女厕蹲位数目。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the basic situation of environmental sanitation in rural schools in Qinghai province, China, analyze the main problems of environmental sanitation in schools in different regions, and provide a basis for the government to formulate the policy of environmental sanitation in rural schools.
      Methods A total of 177 primary and secondary schools from 16 counties were selected by stratified sampling in 2021. Data were collected through interviews and field surveys with the uniform questionnaires. The water supply and toilet conditions were analyzed by sub-regions(Xining, Haidong and pastoral area).
      Results In 2021, the drinking water for students in rural schools in Qinghai province was mainly boiled water provided by schools(83.05%), and the water was mainly supplied by village and town water plants(80.79%); the coverage rate of sanitary toilets was 77.95%, and the qualified rate of men's squat toilet ratio(94.92%) was significantly higher than that of women's squat toilet ratio(70.06%)(χ2= 37.86, P < 0.05). The qualified rate of men's squat toilet ratio in rural schools in Xining and pastoral area was significantly higher than that in Haidong(χ2= 7.64, P < 0.05). The management of school toilets in Qinghai province was based mainly on students' participation(67.23%).
      Results The coverage rate of sanitary toilets in rural schools in Qinghai province is not high, and the qualified rate of women's squat toilet ratio is low. It is recommended to further improve the coverage rate of sanitary toilets in rural schools, strengthen maintenance and management of sanitary toilets, and increase the number of squat toilets for women.
