    Monitoring results of disinfection quality at medical institutions in Changzhou, China, 2015—2019

      目的 了解2015—2019年常州市医疗机构消毒质量监测结果,为提高医院内感染和消毒隔离工作提供参考。
      方法 依据《医院消毒卫生标准》等标准规范,对医疗机构室内空气、使用中的消毒液、卫生手、环境物体表面、灭菌器灭菌效果、高度危险性器材、消毒后内镜进行现场抽样检测。
      结果 2015—2019年常州市共检测样品18 728份,消毒质量总平均合格率为96.3%(18 031/18 728),五年间室内空气合格率95.7%(2 821/2 948),使用中的消毒液合格率97.1%(2 648/2 726),卫生手合格率93.1%(3 535/3 798),环境物体表面合格率97.3%(4 607/4 733),灭菌器灭菌效果合格率97.5%(1 816/1 863),高度危险性器材合格率最高达99.2%(2 129/2 146),消毒质量合格率较低的监测项目为消毒后内镜,合格率为92.4%(475/514),消毒后内镜的消毒质量合格率同高度危险性器材相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=92.91,P < 0.001)。
      结论 常州市各级医疗机构消毒质量维持在较高水平,消毒后内镜消毒质量合格率较低,应加强消毒后内镜消毒效果监测与指导。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the monitoring results of disinfection quality at medical institutions in Changzhou from 2015 to 2019, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the prevention and control of nosocomial infection, disinfection and isolation.
      Methods Based on the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals and other related standards, on-site sampling and testing were performed for indoor air, disinfectants in use, hygienic hands, surfaces of environmental objects, sterilization effects of sterilizers, highly dangerous medical instruments and sterilized endoscopes at medical institutions.
      Results From 2015 to 2019, a total of 18 728 samples were tested, with an overall average qualified rate of 96.3 % (18 031/18 728). During these five years, the qualified rates of indoor air, disinfectants in use, hygienic hands, surfaces of environmental objects, sterilization effect of sterilizers, highly dangerous medical instruments were 95.7% (2 821/2 948), 97.1% (2 648/2 726), 93.1% (3 535/3 798), 97.3% (4 607/4 733), 97.5% (1 816/1 863) and 99.2% (2 129/2 146), respectively. The lowest qualified rate was sterilized endoscopes(92.4%, 475/514), and there was a significant difference in the qualified rates of disinfection quality between sterilized endoscopes and highly dangerous medical instruments (χ2=92.91, P < 0.001).
      Conclusion Disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels is maintained at a relatively high level in Changzhou, but sterilized endoscopes have the lowest qualified rate of disinfection quality, and it is needed to strengthen the monitoring and guidance of endoscope disinfection.
