    三种消毒方式对不同材质感染性外包装消毒效果观察

    Efficacy of three disinfection methods on infectious outer packagings made of different materials

    • 摘要:
      目的 对比含氯消毒剂、复合季铵盐消毒剂、紫外消毒灯三种消毒方式对纸板、铝合金、聚丙烯塑料三种材质感染性物质外包装的消毒效果。
      方法 选择金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作为指示菌, 分别使用含氯消毒剂、复合季铵盐消毒剂、紫外消毒灯对纸板、铝合金、聚丙烯塑料三种材质包装箱进行模拟现场消毒。在消毒前后进行指示菌采样, 依据《现场消毒评价标准》(WS/T 797-2022)进行消毒效果判定。
      结果 纸板、铝合金、聚丙烯塑料包装箱使用含氯消毒剂后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>3.9, 使用复合季铵盐消毒剂后的杀灭对数值均>4.5, 使用紫外线消毒后的杀灭对数值均>4.3。方差分析结果显示三种材质包装箱使用同种消毒方式后的杀灭对数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
      结论 含氯消毒剂、复合季铵盐消毒剂、紫外消毒灯对纸板、铝合金、聚丙烯塑料三种包装材质均具有良好的消毒效果。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To compare the disinfection efficacy of chlorine-based disinfectants, compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants and ultraviolet disinfection lamps on the infectious outer packaging materials made of cardboard, aluminum alloy and polypropylene plastics.
      Methods With Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as the indicator bacteria, chlorine-based disinfectants, compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants and ultraviolet disinfection lamps were used to simulate the on-site disinfection of outer packaging materials made of cardboard, aluminum alloy and polypropylene plastics. Samples of the indicator bacteria were collected before and after disinfection, and the efficacy of disinfection was evaluated according to the Standard for Evaluating the Efficacy of Disinfection on Site (WS/T 797-2022).
      Results The killing logarithmic values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on outer packaging materials made of cardboard, aluminum alloy and polypropylene plastic were >3.9 disinfected by chlorine-based disinfectants, and >4.5 by compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants and >4.3 by ultraviolet disinfection lamps. The results of variance analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the killing logarithmic values of bacteria between outer packaging materials made of cardboard, aluminum alloy, and polypropylene plastics after disinfection with the same method (P>0.05).
      Conclusion Chlorine-based disinfectants, compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants and ultraviolet disinfection lamps have good disinfection efficacy on outer packaging materials made of cardboard, aluminum alloy, and polypropylene plastics.
