Abstract: This article systematically analyzed the current situation of the cosmetics national standards, Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics, industry standards and group standards of cosmetics in China, and discussed the problems existing in the current technical standard system of cosmetics, such as overlapping of testing items and inconsistent content among standards, imperfection of standard system structure and content, and some standard content need to be improved. The suggestions on further constructing the framework of cosmetics technical standard system suitable for China's national conditions were put forward.
