    气相色谱法测定湿巾中6种异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂

    Determination of six isothiazolinone bactericides in wet wipes by GC

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立气相色谱法同时测定湿巾中6种异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂含量。
      方法 样品用乙醇超声振荡提取30 min, 无水硫酸钠脱水, 经DB-624色谱柱分离, 气相色谱-FPD检测器测定, 外标法定量。
      结果 在优化实验条件下, 6种异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂浓度在1~60 μg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积经二次曲线拟合呈良好线性关系, 相关系数r>0.999 5, 检出限在0.24~0.53 μg/mL之间, 定量限在0.80~1.77 μg/mL之间, 平均回收率在92.3%~108.7%之间, RSD在4.6%~10.7%之间。
      结论 该方法操作简便, 重现性好, 可用于湿巾中6种异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂含量的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of six isothiazolinone bactericides in wet wipes by GC with flame photometric detector (FPD).
      Methods The samples were extracted by ethanol ultrasonic oscillation for 30 min, dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, separated by a DB-624 chromatographic column, determined by GC with FPD detector, and then quantified by the external standard method.
      Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, the concentration of six isothiazolinone bactericides showed a good linear relationship with peak area after quadratic curve fitting within the range of 1-60 μg/mL, with a correlation coefficient above 0.9995. The detection limit was 0.24-0.53 μg/mL, and the quantification limit was 0.80-1.77 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 92.3%-108.7%, with a relative standard deviation of 4.6%-10.7%.
      Conclusion This method is simple and convenient with good repeatability and can be used for the determination of six isothiazolinone bactericides in wet wipes.
