    饮用水中三氯乙醛液液萃取气相色谱测定方法研究及应用

    Study and application of LLE/GC method for determination of trichloroacetaldehyde in drinking water

    • 摘要:
      目的  建立生活饮用水中三氯乙醛液液萃取气相色谱检测方法。
      方法  对萃取溶剂、萃取体积等实验条件及色谱条件进行优化,通过加标实验验证方法。测定不同消毒方式的饮用水样品并与国标方法进行比较。
      结果  在优化后的条件下,三氯乙醛浓度在1~50 μg/L范围,线性相关系数r>0.999 0;对末梢水加标回收率为92.6%~102%。
      结论  液液萃取方法灵敏度高,准确性好,建立的方法可用于修正某些因素影响国标法的偏差,适用于饮用水中三氯乙醛的检测。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To establish a method for determination of trichloroacetaldehyde by liquid-liquid extraction/gas chromatography(LLE/GC) in drinking water.
      Methods  The method was optimized for extraction solvent, extraction volume, and chromatographic conditions, and was verified by spiking recoveries. The drinking water samples, which were disinfected through different modes, were determined by this method, and the result were compared with the national standard method.
      Results  Under the optimized conditions, the concentration of trichloroacetaldehyde was in a range of 1 μg/L-50 μg/L, with a liner correlation coefficient r over 0.999 0. The spiking recovery was in a range of 92.6%-102% for tap water.
      Conclusion  The LLE/GC method has high sensitivity and accuracy, which can be used for determination of trichloroacetaldehyde in drinking water and to correct the possible deviation associated with the national standard method.
