    流动注射分析仪测定游泳池水中尿素的方法研究

    Determination of urea in swimming pool water by flow injection analyzer

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立游泳池水中尿素的流动注射标准检测方法。
      方法 优化实验条件,对方法测量范围、精密度、准确度、干扰因素进行实验研究。
      结果 流动注射法测定泳池水中尿素的线性范围为0.05~5.00 mg/L,线性好,相关系数(r)为0.999 9;方法定量限为0.020 mg/L;精密度相对标准偏差为0.1%~0.6%;回收率为95.4%~102.2%。
      结论 该方法自动进样、自动加热、自动比色、灵敏度高、用时少、定量准确,适合大批量泳池水样中尿素的检测和筛查,为国标《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T 18204.2-2014)修订提供方法储备。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a flow injection method for determining urea in swimming pool water.
      Methods The experimental conditions were optimized, and an experimental study was conducted for the method in terms of measuring range, precision, accuracy, and interference factors.
      Results The flow injection method showed good linearity within the range of 0.05-5.00 mg/L by determination of urea in swimming pool water, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The quantification limit of the method was 0.020 mg/L, with relative standard deviation of 0.1%-0.6%, and recovery rate of 95.4%-102.2%.
      Conclusion This method has the features of automatic sampling, automatic heating, automatic colorimetry, high sensitivity, short operation time, and accurate quantification. It is suitable for the determination and screening of urea in a large number of swimming pool water samples, which provides an alternative method for the revision of the Examination Method for Public Places (GB/T 18204.2-2014).
