    • 摘要: 双酚A、壬基酚和辛基酚是最为常见的酚类内分泌干扰物, 它们在食品和水中的残留已经引起人们的关注, 可以通过食品接触材料迁移到食品中, 被人体吸收后会危害人体健康。本文综述了食品、水、食品接触材料和人体生物材料中双酚A、壬基酚和辛基酚等酚类内分泌干扰物的分析方法, 包括液相色谱法、液质联用法、气质联用法及生物学检测方法, 并对酚类内分泌干扰物的分析方法进行了总结和展望。

       

      Abstract: Bisphenol A, nonylphenol, and octylphenol are the most common phenolic endocrine disruptors. Their residues in food and water have attracted people's attention. They can be migrated into food through food contact materials, and be absorbed by human body which will harm human health. This article reviews the analytical method of bisphenol A, nonylphenol, octylphenol, and other phenolic endocrine disruptors in food, water, food contact materials, and human bodies, including liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and biological detection method, and summarizes and prospects these analytical methods of phenolic endocrine disruptors.
