    An investigation of the hygiene conditions of home stays in Shenzhen, China

      目的 了解深圳市民宿卫生现状,分析监管存在问题,为民宿卫生监管提供参考。
      方法 2020年12月—2021年3月,在深圳市大鹏新区和宝安区随机抽取了80家民宿进行问卷调查及卫生监测,按GB 37488-2019对民宿客房室内环境和公共用品用具进行卫生评价,按GB 14934-2016对民宿所使用的餐具进行卫生评价,按照GB 5749-2006对民宿生活饮用水进行卫生评价,并比较民宿与同期宾馆、酒店的卫生状况。
      结果 受调查80家民宿中,卫生许可持证率为16.25%(13/80)。共监测民宿室内环境质量指标938项次,其中温度、噪声、相对湿度和PM10指标合格率分别为39.00%、71.19%、67.80%和72.88%;共监测公共用品用具卫生质量指标1 801项次,除洗手盆细菌总数合格率为82.05%外,其余项目合格率均高于90%;本次受调查的民宿仅2家提供餐饮服务,共监测20项次,均合格;共监测生活饮用水卫生质量指标1 440项次(45份),其中不合格指标包括微生物指标和余氯,合格率分别为97.78%和95.56%。民宿的杯具、温度、噪声、相对湿度、PM10合格率较同期宾馆和酒店相应指标的合格率低。
      结论 深圳市民宿的卫生质量参差不齐,且民宿总体卫生合格率低于其他住宿场所,为进民宿健康发展,需要进一步加强监管。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the current hygiene conditions of home stays and the issues in supervision in Shenzhen, China, and to provide a reference for supervising the hygiene of home stays.
      Methods From December 2020 to March 2021, 80 home stays were randomly selected in Dapeng New District and Baoan District of Shenzhen for questionnaire survey and hygiene monitoring. Hygienic assessment for indoor environment and public utensils, tableware, and drinking water was performed according to GB 37488-2019, GB 14934-2016, and GB 5749-2006, respectively, and hygienic conditions were compared between home stays and hotels.
      Results Among the 80 home stays investigated, 16.25% (13/80) were issued with a hygiene license. A total of 938 items of indoor environmental quality indices were monitored, among which temperature, noise, relative humidity, and PM10 had qualification rates of 39.00%, 71.19%, 67.80%, and 72.88%, respectively. A total of 1 801 items of quality indices for public utensils were monitored, and the total bacterial count of sink had a qualification rate of 82.05%, while others had qualification rates of above 90%. Only 2 of the home stays monitored provided catering service, and 20 items were monitored in total and were all qualified. A total of 1 440 items (45 samples) of quality indices for drinking water were monitored, among which microbial indicator and residual chloride were unqualified with qualification rates of 97.78% and 95.56%, respectively. Compared with hotels during the same period of time, home stays had lower qualification rates of cups, temperature, noise, relative humidity, and PM10.
      Conclusion The overall hygiene conditions and management level of home stays in Shenzhen vary greatly. Moreover, the overall qualification rates of home stays are lower than that of other accommodations. So, further supervision is needed so as to promote the health development of home stays.
