    Determination of 12 organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water by GC-MS

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立同时测定生活饮用水中12种有机磷农药的全自动固相萃取—气相色谱质谱方法。
      方法 水中微量有机磷农药经HLB固相萃取柱净化,用二氯甲烷洗脱,浓缩至1 mL,定量注入DB-1701毛细管色谱柱进行分离,分离后的组分进入质谱检测器,在选择离子监测模式(SIM)下定性定量分析。
      结果 水中12种有机磷农药在23.5 min内有效地分离,线性范围为0.05 μg/mL ~ 2.0 μg/mL,方法检出限为0.004 μg/L ~ 0.06 μg/L, 回收率范围为71.5% ~ 118%,RSD为2.45% ~ 9.17%。
      结论 采用全自动固相萃取—气相色谱质谱法同时测定多种有机磷农药,操作简便、快速、灵敏。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish the determination of 12 organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water automatic solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method.
      Methods Trace organophosphorus pesticides in water purification by HLB solid-phase extraction column, using methylene chloride, concentration to 1 mL, the separation was carried out by quantitative injection into DB-1701 capillary column, The separated components were subjected to mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative analysis in selective ion monitoring mode (SIM).
      Resuslts The 12 organophosphorus pesticides in water could be separated effectively within 23.5 min. The linear range was 0.05 μg/mL - 2.0 μg/mL. The detection limits were 0.004 μg/L - 0.06 μg/L. The recoveries were 71.5% - 118%, and the RSDs were 2.45% - 9.17%.
      Conclusion Automatic solid phase extraction and (GC-MS) method is simple, rapid and sensitive for simultaneous determination of organophosphorus pesticides.
