Abstract: During COVID-19 epidemic, it is of great significance for epidemic prevention and control to standardize the safe and suitable use of air conditioning ventilation systems in offices and public places and prevent the spread of the epidemic caused by improper use of air conditioning ventilation systems. This article gives an interpretation of the formulation background, formulation basis, and main contents of the Hygienic Specifications for Operation and Management of Air-conditioning Ventilation Systems in Office Buildings and Public Places during COVID-19 Epidemic (WS 696-2020), so as to help users understand such specifications and achieve scientific and appropriate use of air conditioning ventilation systems in offices and public places.
