    Determination of anionic surfactants in hospital sewage by flow injection analysis

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立流动注射分析仪在线测定医疗废水中阴离子表面活性剂的方法。
      方法 样品经滤膜过滤后进流动注射分析仪进行测定。
      结果 阴离子表面活性剂含量在(0.012~2.000)mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.999 8,检出限为0.003 mg/L,RSD为0.8%~3.7%,加标回收率为93.3%~101.8%。
      结论 该方法操作简单、重复性好、检测周期短,同时又能降低职业危害风险,适合批量检测。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a method for on-line determination of anionic surfactants in hospital sewage using a flow injection analyzer.
      Methods The sample was filtered by a filter membrane and then entered the flow injection analyzer for determination.
      Results The content of anionic surfactant showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.012-2.000 mg/L (r=0.999 8), with a detective limit of 0.003 mg/L, relative standard deviations of 0.8%-3.7%, and recovery rates of 93.3%-101.8%.
      Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, good repeatability, and short detection cycle and can also reduce the risk of occupational hazards, and therefore, it is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
