    Advances in Analytical Methods for Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers in Environmental Media and Human Biological Samples

    • 摘要: 多溴联苯醚是一类新型的持久性有机污染物, 作为一种常用的溴代阻燃剂, 已广泛用于建筑材料、纺织产品、化工原料、电器设备等领域, 对生物体有多种毒性效应。本文总结多溴联苯醚的前处理方法和测定方法, 介绍国内外多溴联苯醚检测的最新研究成果, 展望这一领域未来的发展趋势, 为环境介质及人体生物样本中多溴联苯醚的检测提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Polybrominated diphenyl ethers are a group of emerging persistent organic pollutants, and as commonly used brominated flame retardants, they are widely applied in construction materials, textile products, chemical materials, and electronic equipment, with a variety of toxic effects on organisms. This article reviews the pretreatment and analytical methods for polybrominated diphenyl ethers, introduces the latest research findings of the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in China and globally, and looks into the future development trend of this field, so as to provide a reference for the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in environmental media and human biological samples.
