    Health Risk Assessment of Respiratory Exposure to Arsenic in Atmospheric PM2.5 in Nantong, Jiangsu Pvovince, China

    • 摘要:
      目的 对南通市大气PM2.5中砷呼吸暴露途径健康风险进行评估。
      方法 于2017—2019年每月10—16日, 选择在南通市永兴监测点进行PM2.5采样, 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测砷质量浓度, 根据《大气污染人群健康风险评估技术规范》(WS/T 666-2019)开展评估。
      结果 三年间监测点砷的日均值均有显著性差异(F=9.72, P < 0.05), 2017年日均值高于2018年和2019年(P < 0.05), 监测点3年来环境空气中砷终生非致癌风险HQ均小于1, 砷终生超额致癌风险在2.94×10-6~4.93×10-6之间。
      结论 南通PM2.5中砷经呼吸暴露途径对人群存在一定的健康风险。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To assess the health risk of respiratory exposure to arsenic in atmospheric PM2.5 in Nantong, Jiangsu Pvovince, China.
      Methods PM2.5 samples were collected at Yongxing monitoring point from 10 to 16 of each month from 2017 to 2019. The concentration of arsenic was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the assessment was carried out according to the Technical Specification for Health Risk Assessment of Air Pollution Population (WS/T 666-2019).
      Results There are significant differences in the daily average of arsenic values in monitoring points in the past three years(F=9.72, P < 0.05). There was significant difference in daily average value of arsenic between the past three years. The daily average of arsenic values in 2017 is higher than that of 2018 and 2019. The lifetime non carcinogenic risk (HQ) of arsenic in ambient air of the monitoring point in three years was less than 1. The lifetime excess carcinogenic risk of arsenic ranged from 2.94 × 10-6 to 4.93 × 10-6.
      Conclusion Arsenic in PM2.5 in Nantong has a certain health risk through respiratory exposure.
