    Determination of Total Volatile Organic Compounds in Indoor Air by Solid Absorption-Thermal Desorption-GC-MS

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立室内空气中总挥发性有机物(TVOC)的固体吸附—热解吸—气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)测定法。
      方法 采用Tenax TA吸附管采集室内空气中样品,热解吸后经气相色谱分离,质谱检测器检测。
      结果 22种特征目标化合物在(5~200)μg/m3范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限范围为(0.03~0.84)μg/m3,定量限范围为(0.13~3.36)μg/m3,加标回收率范围为68.2%~115.5%,精密度范围为3.8%~25.8%。
      结论 本方法适用于室内空气中TVOC的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in indoor air by solid adsorption-thermal desorption-gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).
      Methods Indoor air samples were collected by Tenax TA adsorption tube, and the samples were separated by gas chromatography after thermal desorption and detected by mass spectrometry.
      Results The 22 characteristic target compounds had a good linear relationship in the range of (5 - 200)μg/m3, with the detection limit ranging (0.03 - 0.84)μg/m3, quantita tion limit ranging (0.13 - 3.36)μg/m3, recovery ranging is 68.2% - 115.5%, and relatively standard deviation (RSD) range were 3.8% - 25.8%.
      Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of TVOC in indoor air.
