    基于德尔菲法的医院感染防控能力评估体系初探

    Preliminary Study on Establishment and Application of an Evaluation System for Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control Ability Based on Delphi Method

    • 摘要:
      目的 用德尔菲法建立医院感染防控能力评估体系,并评估其在宜宾市6所不同等级医院的应用。
      方法 采用德尔菲专家咨询法经过2轮咨询筛选出13个评价指标,建立线性回归模型,并通过问卷调查和实地考察2种方式获取宜宾市6所医院的指标值,导入评估模型评价医院感染防控能力。
      结果 ① 28名咨询专家完成2轮咨询,应答率93.3%,专家自评权威系数为0.87±0.08,第2轮重要性和可行性的协调系数w分别为0.833和0.799(P < 0.05)。②感染管理制度完善性、感控人员数、硬件经费投入等13项指标纳入评价模型,建立线性回归模型。③将6所医院的问卷调查和实地考察结果导入回归模型,所得评分和排序一致。
      结论 基于德尔菲法建立的医院感染防控能力评估体系可用于医院感染防控能力评价,但需要更多样本进行评估。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish an evaluation system for nosocomial infection prevention and control ability based on the Delphi method, and to investigate its application in six hospitals at different levels in Yibin city.
      Methods A total of 13 assessment indices were screened out by two rounds of the Delphi expert consultation method, and a linear regression model was established based on these 13 indices. The method of questionnaire survey and field investigation were used to obtain the values of indices in the six hospitals in Yibin, which were led-in the regression model to assess nosocomial infection prevention and control ability.
      Results A total of 28 consulting experts completed two rounds of consultation, with a response rate of 93.3% and a self-rating authority coefficient of 0.87±0.08, and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the importance and feasibility of the second round were 0.833 and 0.799, respectively (P < 0.05). ② The linear regressin model was establishel including 13 indices of which were infection managencent system, number of personal in infection prevention and contiol, fundings of hardwart, et al. ③ The result of questionnaire survey and field investigation in the six hospitals were imported into the regression model, and the scores and ranking obtained were consistent.
      Conclusion The evaluation system for nosocomial infection prevention and control ability based on the Delphi method is practicable and feasible and can be used to assess nosocomial infection prevention and control ability in hospitals at different levels, but more samples are needed for further validation.
