    Reliability Analysis of Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Drinking Water and Source Water by Flow Injection and Continuous Flow Analysis

    • 摘要:
      目的 采用流动注射法和连续流动法测定饮用水及水源水中氨氮,并对相关技术参数进行评价,分析两种技术在饮用水及水源水氨氮测定中的可靠性。
      方法 分别采用流动注射仪和连续流动仪测定饮用水及水源水中氨氮,对测量范围、最低检测质量浓度、精密度、加标回收率等相关参数进行评价;与现行国标方法进行实际水样的测定结果比对;同时,对相关干扰因素进行分析。
      结果 采用流动注射法和连续流动法在(0.02~2.00)mg/L范围内测定饮用水及水源水中氨氮均获得良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均>0.999;最低检测质量浓度均 < 0.02 mg/L;相对标准偏差均 < 2%;加标回收率为86.0%~99.6%;有证标准物质测定值均在该标准物质的不确定度范围内;与国标方法比对,对实际水样的测定结果经t检验均无显著性差异。
      结论 流动注射法和连续流动法均可用于生活饮用水及水源水中氨氮的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To use flow injection method and continuous flow method to determine ammonia nitrogen in drinking water and source water, and to evaluate the relevant technical parameters, and to analyze the reliability of the two techniques in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water and source water.
      Methods The ammonia nitrogen in drinking water and source water was measured by flow injection instrument and continuous flow instrument respectively, and the measurement range, lowest detection quality concentration, precision, recovery rate and other relevant parameters were evaluated; the result were compared with the actual water samples determined by the current national standard method; at the same time, the relevant interference factors were analyzed.
      Results Flow injection method and continuous flow method were used in the range from 0.02 mg/L to 2.00 mg/L, the determination of ammonia and nitrogen in drinking water and source water has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient (r) were greater than 0.999; the minimum detection mass concentration were less than 0.02 mg/L; the relative standard deviation were less than 2%; the recovery rate of standard addition ranged from 86.0% to 99.6%;The measured values of certified reference materials are within the uncertainty range of the certified reference materials; compared with the national standard method, the actual value was within the uncertainty range of the standard substance There was no significant difference in the determination result of water samples by t-test.
      Conclusion Flow injection method and continuous flow method could be used for the determination of ammonia and nitrogen in drinking water and source water.
