    Progress of Detection of Bisphenol A in Environment and in Humankind

    • 摘要: 双酚A是一种重要的工业塑化剂,用于生产聚碳酸酯和环氧树脂,在生产生活中随处可见,极易发生环境和生物中的迁移。由于双酚A具有雌激素效应,引发了诸多关注。本综述总结了双酚A检测的前处理和检测方法,介绍了国内外对双酚A分析的最新研究成果,并展望了这一领域未来的研究发展趋势,为环境和人体中双酚A的检测提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Bisphenol A was an important industrial plasticizer and was used in the manufacture of polycarbonate plastic and epoxy resins, prevails everywhere and easily migrate to environment and organisms. Attention has been aroused due to the emerging estrogenic effect of bisphenol A. This review focused on introducing pretreatment and analytical method for the determination of bisphenol A in recent years. Latest research result of bisphenol A determination in domestic and abroad research were summarized and the future research trends in this field were prospected for providing more reference for the determination of bisphenol A.
