    石家庄市正定县某村室内环境及居民健康状况调查

    Investigation on Indoor Environment and Health Status of Residents in a Village of Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang

      目的 了解石家庄市正定县农村室内环境现状、农村居民健康状况、农村居民对室内环境卫生相关知识知晓情况,提出相应的控制和解决措施。
      方法 以石家庄市正定县永安村部分居民为研究对象,对其室内环境进行采样,采样指标包括PM2.5、PM10、甲醛、NO2等。对家庭基本情况、家庭成员健康状况和环境健康知识知晓情况进行问卷调查,采用Mann-Whitney U检验、t检验、Spearman秩相关、χ2检验进行统计分析。
      结果 噪声、CO、NO2、苯、甲苯和二甲苯的合格率均为100%,温度超标率最高,为97.92%(47/48);客厅和卧室PM2.5合格率分别为37.50%(9/24)和45.83%(11/24);客厅和卧室PM10合格率均为50.00%(12/24);燃香对室内空气影响最大;感冒持续时间长的居民住宅室内PM2.5、PM10和甲醛合格率低;农村居民健康状况与室内环境状况存在正相关(rs=0.41,P < 0.05);农村居民环境健康知识知晓评分低(P95均小于65分)。
      结论 室内温度、PM2.5和PM10可能是影响正定县农村室内环境的重要因素,PM2.5、PM10和甲醛可能是影响居民健康的重要因素,农村居民环境健康知识缺乏。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To understand the present situation of rural indoor environment, the health status of rural residents, the knowledge of indoor environmental hygiene among rural residents in Zhengding County of Shijiazhuang and to propose corresponding control and solving measures.
      Methods Some residents of Yong'an Village in Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang were chosen as the research objects. Samples of the indoor environment were collected. Sampling indicators included PM2.5, PM10, formaldehyde, NO2 and so on. Questionnaires were used to survey on the basic situation of the household, health status of family members and knowledge of environmental health. Mann-Whitney U test, t test, Spearman rank correlation and Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.
      Results The qualified rates of noise, CO, NO2, benzene, toluene and dimethylbenzene were all 100%. The over standard rate of temperature was 97.92% (47/48), which was the maximum. The qualified rates of PM2.5 in living room and bedroom were 37.50% (9/24) and 45.83% (11/24), respectively. The qualified rates of PM10 in living room and bedroom were both 50.00% (12/24). Burning incense had the greatest influence on indoor air. The qualified rates of PM2.5, PM10 and formaldehyde in residential buildings of residents with a long cold duration were low. There was a positive correlation between the health status of rural residents and indoor environment (rs=0.41, P < 0.05). Environmental health knowledge scores of rural residents were low (P95 less than 65 points).
      Conclusions Indoor temperature, PM2.5 and PM10 might be important factors affecting rural indoor environment in Zhengding County. PM2.5, PM10 and formaldehyde might be important factors affecting residents' health. In addition, rural residents were lack of environmental health knowledge.
