    An Analysis of 27 Organic Compounds in Drinking Water by Large-Volume Injection Programmed Temperature Vaporizer-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 优化大体积进样联合气相色谱质谱联用仪(programmed temperature vaporizer-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,PTV-GC-MS)同时测定饮用水中27种有机物的方法。
      方法 水中氯苯类、有机磷农药、有机氯农药等27种有机物通过HLB小柱固相萃取,乙酸乙酯洗脱,PTV-GC-MS测定,内标法定量。
      结果 27种有机物线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.995,方法检出限为(0.007~0.04)μg/L,回收率在64.1%~129.8%之间,RSD为2.3%~14.8%(n=6)。
      结论 优化的PTV-GC-MS法测定饮用水中27种有机物的方法快速、准确、高效。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To optimize the method for simultaneous analysis of 27 organic compounds in drinking water by large-volume injection programmed temperature vaporizer-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (PTV-GC-MS).
      Methods Twenty-seven organic compounds such as chlorobenzenes, organophosphorus pesticides, and organochlorine pesticides in the water were subjected to solid-phase extraction with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance cartridge, elution with ethyl acetate, detection with PTV-GC-MS, and quantification with the internal standard method.
      Results The linear relationships between the 27 organic compounds were good, with all the correlation coefficients being greater than 0.995, detection limits of the method ranging from 0.007 to 0.04 μg/L, recovery rates ranging from 64.1% to 129.8%, and relative standard deviations ranging from 2.3% to 14.8% (n=6).
      Conclusion The optimized method for analysis of 27 organic compounds in drinking water by PTV-GC-MS is rapid, accurate, and efficient.
