摘要: 本指南规定了新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情期间办公场所和公共场所空调通风系统运行和管理要求等，适用于采用全空气和风机盘管加新风的空调通风系统。该指南的发布将有利于规范办公场所和公共场所空调通风系统运行管理，降低病毒通过回风管道进入空调通风系统的风险，减少COVID-19聚集性疫情的暴发。

Abstract: The guideline stimulates the operation and management requirements for air conditioning and ventilation systems in offices and public places during the outbreak of COVID-19. The application of this guideline will standardizing the management of the offices and public places with all air conditioning systems or fan-coil plus fresh air systems, reducing the risk of COVID-19 and entering the air conditioning along with ventilation system through the return air duct, and reducing the cluster of COVID-19 outbreak.
