    宜昌市社区居民两周内呼吸系统疾病和症状影响因素分析

    Analysis of Factors Associated with Respiratory Diseases and Symptoms among Community Residents in Two Weeks in Yichang

      目的 了解宜昌市社区居民呼吸系统疾病和症状发生的影响因素。
      方法 2015年9-11月,采用横断面调查的研究设计,在宜昌市整群随机选取2 000名社区常住居民进行问卷调查,询问个人基本情况、健康状况、家庭居住环境等信息,最终1 991人纳入统计分析。采用卡方检验进行单因素分析,logistic回归模型进行多因素分析。
      结果 宜昌市社区居民两周内呼吸系统疾病患病率为2.96%(59/1 991),症状发生率为12.3%(244/1 991)。每周饮酒、个人过敏史和有呼吸系统疾病家族史是两周内呼吸系统患病的危险因素,OR(95% CI)分别为:1.96(1.01,3.77)、4.07(1.98,8.37)和5.47(2.47,12.1);接触粉尘、有毒化学品等职业有害因素、被动吸烟、个人过敏史以及住所50 m内有交通干道是呼吸系统症状发生的危险因素,OR(95% CI)分别为:1.79(1.18,2.72)、1.67(1.27,2.20)、2.59(1.58,4.26)和2.06(1.54,2.75)。
      结论 每周饮酒、有个人过敏史和呼吸系统疾病家族史可能使宜昌市居民呼吸系统患病风险增加;有个人过敏史、接触粉尘、有毒化学品等职业有害因素、被动吸烟、住所50 m内有交通干道可能增加呼吸系统症状发生风险。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the respiratory diseases and symptoms and their associated factors among the community residents in Yichang City.
      Methods During September to November 2015, using the cross-sectional survey, 2 000 community residents of Yichang city were cluster random surveyed by questionnaire. The data of individual basic information, health status and living environment were collected. 1 991 people were included in the statistical analysis finally. Chi-square test was used for univariate analysis and logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis.
      Results The prevalence and incidence rates of respiratory diseases and symptoms in two weeks among the residents of Yichang were 2.96%(59/1 991) and 12.3%(244/1 991), respectively. Weekly drinking, allergy history and family history of respiratory diseases were the risk factors of respiratory diseases, OR(95% CI) were 1.96(1.01, 3.77)、4.07(1.98, 8.37) and 5.47(2.47, 12.1), respectively; occupational hazards such as exposure to dust and toxic chemicals, passive smoking, allergy history and the distance from living house to main road less than 50 meters were the risk factors of respiratory symptoms, OR(95% CI) were 1.79(1.18, 2.72), 1.67(1.27, 2.20), 2.59(1.58, 4.26) and 2.06(1.54, 2.75), respectively.
      Conclusions The increases of the prevalence of respiratory diseases were associated with weekly drinking, allergy history and family history of respiratory diseases; the increases of the incidence of respiratory symptoms were associated with occupational hazards such as exposure to dust and toxic chemicals, passive smoking, allergy history and the distance from living house to main road less than 50 meters.
