    Determination of Five Insecticide Residues In Tea by GC-MS/MS

    • 摘要:
      目的 研究气相色谱—三重四级杆串联质谱法定量测定茶叶中5种杀虫剂残留的方法。
      方法 样品由乙腈提取,快速、简单、廉价、有效、可靠和安全的方法净化,正己烷定容,经GC-MS/MS检测,以质谱多反应监测(MRM)模式监测目标化合物的特征离子进行定性定量分析。
      结果 5种杀虫剂在(5~100)μg/L内线性关系良好(r>0.999),各目标物的检出限为(0.02~0.1)μg/kg(S/N=3)。在加标水平为5、10、50和80 μg/kg时,方法的回收率为74.3%~111.2%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.8%。
      结论 该方法选择性好、灵敏度高,样品净化效果好,适用于茶叶中该类杀虫剂的多残留痕迹测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives A GC-MS/MS method for the quantitative determination of 5 insecticide residues in tea was developed.
      Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by the Quick Easy Cheep Effective Ruqqed and Safe (QuEchE-RS) method. The pooled evaluate was qualitatively and quantitatively determined by tandem mass spectrometry under multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.
      Results Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) was in the ranges of (0.02~0.1)μg/kg (S/N=3) with a standard deviation of 1.2%~5.8%, and the recoveries were 74.3%~111.2%.
      Conclusions This method simplifies the pretreatment operation, shortens analysis time and provides good selectivity and high sensitivity for the determination of insecticide residues in teas.
