    N95-光触媒抗菌口罩在医院应用的微生物学评价

    Microbiological Evaluation of N95-Photocatalyst Antimicrobial Mask in A Hospital

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解经抗菌处理的N95口罩,是否可以降低使用时的病原微生物数量。
      方法 实验室检测光触媒口罩表面材质的抗菌性能后,选择呼吸科病房医护人员分别配戴普通N95口罩或N95-光触媒抗菌口罩各3 d,检测口罩内层、外表面的细菌总数和真菌总数。
      结果 N95-光触媒抗菌口罩表面无纺布对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均有较好的抗菌效果;N95-光触媒抗菌口罩外表面的细菌总数和真菌总数均明显少于普通N95口罩(P=0.031, < 0.05),差异具有统计学意义。
      结论 研究提示,医疗系统应用N95-光触媒抗菌口罩,能够减少沾染口罩的微生物数量。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To determine whether antimicrobial treatment of N95 masks could reduce the number of pathogenic microorganisms during their usage.
      Methods After laboratory testing the antimicrobial properties of the surface materials of photocatalyst masks, the medical staff in a respiratory ward were wearing ordinary N95 masks or N95-photocatalyst antimicrobial masks for 3 days, respectively. The total counts of bacteria and fungi on the inner and outer surfaces of the masks were detected.
      Results N95-photocatalyst antimicrobial mask surface non-woven fabric had good antimicrobial effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The total counts of bacteria and fungi on the outer surface of N95-photocatalyst antimicrobial mask were significantly less than that of ordinary N95 mask (P=0.031).
      Conclusions It is suggested that the application of N95-photocatalyst antimicrobial masks in medical system can reduce the number of microorganisms on masks.
