    Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen, Nitrite Nitrogen and Sulfide in Water by Gas Phase Molecular Absorption Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立气相分子吸收光谱法测定生活饮用水及其水源水中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硫化物。
      方法 将气相分子吸收光谱仪的工作条件优化并测定本法的检出限、线性相关系数、准确度和精密度。
      结果 气相分子吸收光谱法线性关系良好(r>0.999 5),精密度高(RSD < 5%),氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硫化物的检测限分别为0.005、0.001和0.002 mg/L,加标回收率氨氮在96.0%~105.0%之间,亚硝酸盐氮在95.5%~104.4%之间,硫化物在96.8%~104.8%之间。
      结论 气相分子吸收光谱法操作简单快速、准确、灵敏度高、检出限低,适用于生活饮用水及其水源中氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硫化物的检测。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To develope an efficient and rapid method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and sulfide in drinking water and its source water.
      Methods The detection limit, linear correlation coefficient, accuracy and precision of the method were determined by adjusting the working condition of the gas phase molecular absorption spectrometer to the best condition.
      Results The linear relationship was good (r>0.999 5), and the precision was high (RSD < 5%). The detection limits of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and sulfide were 0.005, 0.001 and 0.002 mg/L, respectively. The standard recovery rates of ammonia nitrogen were between 96.0%~105.0%, nitrite nitrogen between 95.5%~104.4%, and sulfide were between 96.8%~104.8%, respectively.
      Conclusions This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It has low detection limit and hence is suitable for the determionation of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and sulfide in drinking water and its source water.
