小鼠局部淋巴结(LLNA):BrdU-ELISA法在染发剂刺激性检测中的应用

Validity of Mice Local Lymph Node Assay (LLNA): BrdU-ELISA to Assess the Skin Irritation of Hair Dyes

摘要:
目的对比LLNA：BrdU-ELISA法和经典皮肤刺激实验，评价两种方法检测染发剂刺激性的效能。
方法市场随机购买15种不同品牌染发剂，按照OECD442（B）和OECD404标准方法，对15种染发剂进行刺激性检测。
结果 LLNA：BrdU-ELISA法中5种染发剂具有刺激性，多次皮肤刺激实验中3种染发剂具有轻刺激性，2种染发剂具有中刺激性。
结论 LLNA：BrdU-ELISA法检测染发剂刺激性的能力和多次皮肤刺激实验相当，值得深入探讨研究。

Abstract:
Objectives To comparing the ability of LLNA:BrdU-ELISA assay and skin irritation assay to assesse the irritation of hair dyes.
Methods Irritation of 15 hair dyes was tested according to OECD442 (B) and OECD404 standard methods.
Results In LLNA:BrdU-ELISA method, 5 kinds of hair dyes had irritation. In skin irritation assay, 3 kinds of hair dyes had light irritation and 2 kinds hair dyes had moderate irritation.
Conclusions The ability of LLNA:BrdU-ELISA method to evaluate sensitizing of hair dyes was equal to that of skin irritation assay.
