    消毒剂中有效碘标准物质的定值及不确定度评定

    Characterization and Uncertainty Evaluation on Reference Material of Available Iodine in Disinfectants

    • 摘要:
      目的 对所研制的消毒剂中有效碘标准物质进行定值及不确定度评定。
      方法 经均匀性、稳定性试验后,采用多家实验室对标准物质进行定值及不确定度评定,完成合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度的计算,给出有效碘标准物质的最终特性量值。
      结果 消毒剂中有效碘标准物质的特性量值应表达为(0.508±0.004)%(k=2)。
      结论 有效碘标准物质具有较好的均匀性及稳定性,定值结果符合标准物质要求,可用于消毒剂中有效碘测定的质量控制和能力验证。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To conduct the characterization and uncertainty evaluation on reference material of available iodine in developed disinfectants.
      Methods After experiments of homogeneity and stability, multiple laboratories were adopted to carry out the characterization and uncertainty evaluation on reference materials to complete the calculation of uncertainty and expansive uncertainty of synthetic criterion, and provide the final characteristic value of available iodine reference materials.
      Results The characteristic value of available iodine reference material in disinfectants is expressed as (0.508±0.004)%(k=2).
      Conclusions The available iodine reference material has relatively good homogeneity and stability. The result of characterization is accordance with the requirement of reference material, which could be used on quality control and capability validation of available iodine determination in disinfectants.
