    我国海水淡化水处理剂卫生安全性研究现状

    Research Status of Hygienic Safety of Desalinated Seawater Treatment Agents in China

    • 摘要: 我国是世界上淡水资源最缺乏的国家之一,通过海水淡化技术缓解淡水资源缺乏这一现状具有重要的现实意义。海水淡化工艺流程需要用到各种水处理剂,这些水处理剂的化学成分、可能产生的杂质是否对饮用水人群健康有潜在的不良影响,目前鲜有涉及。因此,海水淡化水处理剂卫生安全性评价方面的标准亟待建立。本文借鉴世界卫生组织、美国、以色列等国家和组织制定的海水淡化水卫生标准,并参照我国生活饮用水卫生标准体系思考我国海水淡化水处理剂卫生安全性评价相关标准。

       

      Abstract: China is one of the countries with the most shortage of freshwater resources in the world, so it is of great practical significance to alleviate the shortage of freshwater resources through seawater desalination technology. Seawater desalination process requires various water treatment agents. It was seldom investigated about whether the chemical compositions of these water treatment agents and impurities produced have potential adverse effects on the health of population who drink desalinated water. Therefore, it is urgent to establish standards from the perspective of hygienic safety evaluation of desalinated seawater treatment agents. This paper not only drew lessons from the hygienic standards of desalinated seawater formulated by WHO, USA, Israel, and other countries and organizations, but also referred to the standard system of drinking water in China, for the consideration on relevant standards of hygienic safety evaluation of desalinated seawater treatment agents in China.
