    空气污染与人类精子质量关系的分析研究

    Analysis on Relationship between Ambient Air Pollution and Human Sperm Quality

    • 摘要: 空气污染会对人类生殖健康产生一定影响,特别是对精子质量在内的男性生殖健康的作用研究多有报告。但是空气污染中不同污染物成分(如PM10、PM2.5、O3、SO2、NO2、CO、Vehicle Emission和PAHs等),与人类精子质量参数相关性和作用权重,及暴露时间敏感窗口(精子发生过程中不同发育周期)等问题尚未明确,需要具体分析研究。回顾现有的研究结果,总结分析空气污染对人类精子数量及质量影响的证据,为空气污染健康危害评价和预防提供科学数据支持。

       

      Abstract: There have been many reports on the impacts of air pollution on human reproductive health, especially on the male reproductive health, including sperm quality. However, the correlations of different pollutant components in air pollution (such as PM10, PM2.5, O3, SO2, NO2, CO, Vehicle Emission, PAHs and etc.) with human sperm quality sensitive parameters, and the sensitive windows of exposure time (different developmental cycles during spermatogenesis) are not clear. Thus, specific analysis and research are needed. We reviewed the existing research result, summarized the evidences of the impact of air pollution on the quantity and quality of human sperm, and provided scientific data support for the assessment and prevention of air pollution health hazards.
