    新疆某铍厂工作场所气溶胶浓度与粒径的测量与分析

    Measurement and Analysis of Aerosol Concentration and Particle Size in Workplaces of a Beryllium Factory in Xinjiang

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解新疆某铍厂工作场所气溶胶浓度与粒径分布特征。
      方法 采用TSI 3321型APS对铍厂工作场所的气溶胶个数浓度、质量浓度以及计数中位径和质量中位径进行测量。
      结果 铍厂工作场所不同工作岗位气溶胶浓度差别较大。
      结论 通过调查分析建立基础数据资料,为开展除尘措施,加强作业人员粉尘防护职业健康评价提供参考。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To know the characteristics of aerosol concentration and particle size distribution of beryllium in workplaces of a beryllium factory in Xinjiang.
      Methods Aerosol number concentration and mass concentration were measure by using a TSI 3321 type APS, and the median diameter and mass median diameter were measured.
      Results The concentration of aerosol in different workplaces of the beryllium factory was quite different.
      Conclusions Some basic data established by investigation and analysis in this study could provide references for developing dust removal measures and enhancing dust protection and occupational health assessment for operators.
