    Quality Control of the Proficiency Testing of Benzoa pyrene in Water

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨水中苯并a芘检测能力验证中的质量控制。
      方法 运用高效液相法测定水中苯并a芘盲样比对样品,并对影响实验的各种因素进行质量控制。
      结果 水中苯并a芘检测能力验证结果均为满意。
      结论  能力验证及其相关的质量控制是衡量考核实验室水平的关键指标。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To explore the quality control of the proficiency testing of benzoapyrene in water.
      Methods The blind samples of benzoapyrene in water were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and quality control of various factors affecting the experiment was carried out.
      Results The result of blind samples of benzoapyrene in water were all satisfactory.
      Conclusions The proficiency testing and related quality control are key indicators to measure the level of laboratory.
