    Effect of PDCA Cycle Management on Sterilizing Effect of Pressure Steam Sterilizer in Disinfectant Supply Center

      目的 探讨PDCA循环管理对消毒供应中心压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的影响。
      方法 抽查PDCA循环管理方案实施前后(计划,执行,检查和处理)6个月压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌样品,每个月抽查样品数为40份,其中每台压力蒸汽灭菌器实施前后各抽取60份,检测灭菌效果。同时在实施前后6个月进行100份临床满意度问卷调查。
      结果 PDCA实施后,灭菌样品合格率为98.75%,明显高于实施前的91.67%(P < 0.05);PDCA实施后,A编号压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率较实施前提高(P < 0.05);PDCA实施后,压力蒸汽灭菌器实测温度不合格率为0.83%,明显低于实施前的9.17%(P < 0.05);PDCA实施后,临床医务人员对消毒供应中心满意度为98.00%,明显高于实施前的90.00%(P < 0.05)。
      结论 实施PDCA循环管理进行质量持续改进,能有效提高消毒供应中心压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果,有力支持医院院感防控工作。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management on effect of pressure steam sterilizer in disinfectantion supply center.
      Methods Samples of pressure sterilizers were sampled for 6 months before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle management program, the number of testing samples per month was 40, 60 samples of each pressure steam sterilizer were extracted before and after the implementation, and the effect of sterilization was detected; 100 clinical satisfaction questionnaires were investigated at 6 months before and after the implementation.
      Results After the implementation of PDCA, the qualified rate of sterilizing samples was 98.75%, which was significantly higher than that before the implementation 91.67% (P < 0.05). After the implementation of PDCA, the qualified rate of No. pressure sterilizer was higher than that before implementation (P < 0.05). After the implementation of PDCA, the measured temperature unqualified rate of the pressure steam sterilizer was 0.83%, which was significantly lower than that before the implementation 9.17% (P < 0.05). After the implementation of PDCA, the satisfaction of clinical medical staff to the disinfection supply center was 98%, which was significantly higher than that before the implementation of the 90.00% (P < 0.05).
      Conclusions The implementation of PDCA cycle management for quality continuous improvement can effectively improve the effect of pressure sterilizer in the sterilization supply center, and strongly support the hospital sense control.
