    Analysis on the Result of an External Quality Control Assessment on the Capability of Rural Drinking Water Quality Laboratory in Chongqing

    • 摘要:
      目的 根据重庆市农村饮用水水质实验室外部质控考核结果分析,了解全市39个区县疾病预防控制中心水质检测实验室实际检测能力及存在的问题并提出改进措施。
      方法 采用稳健统计方法对实验室检测能力进行评价:|Z|≤ 2为满意;2 < |Z| < 3,可疑;|Z|≥ 3,不满意。
      结果 全市27个区级和12个县级疾病预防控制中心参加了本次水质外部质控考核,氟化物考核满意率为97.4%,氯化物考核满意率为92.3%,铅考核满意率为84.8%。
      结论 重庆市参加本次实验室检测能力评价的疾病预防控制中心,都具有水中氯化物、氟化物和铅的检测能力。检测仪器性能和检测人员专业素质是保证水质检测质量的关键因素。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives Based on the result of an external quality control assessment to understand the actual detection ability and existing problems in the rural drinking water quality laboratory of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 39 districts and counties of Chongqing, and put forward improvement measures.
      Methods Using a robust statistical method to evaluate the laboratory testing capability:using Z ≤ 2 as satisfactory; 2 < Z < 3 as questionable; Z ≥ 3 as dissatisfactory.
      Results The participants from 27 district-level and 12 county-level Center for Disease Control and Prevention participated in the external quality control assessment on water quality. The satisfaction rate on the assessment of fluoride, chloride and lead were 97.4%, 92.3% and 84.8%, respectively.
      Conclusions All the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Chongqing, which participated in the evaluation of laboratory testing ability, had the ability to detect chlorides, fluorine and lead in water samples. The performance of instruments and the professional quality of inspectors are critical factors to ensure the detection ability of testing rural water quality.
