    北京市海淀区重点职业病监测调查与分析

    Investigation and Analysis on the Monitoring Result of Selected Occupational Diseases in Haidian District of Beijing

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解2017年海淀区5种重点职业病危害因素的企业现状,发现、分析存在的问题并提出建议,为职业病防治政策的制定提供依据。
      方法 对469家企业开展调查,包括基本情况、职业病危害因素监测、接触人群职业健康检查。数据录入使用Excel 2007数据分析采用SPSS 17.0软件。
      结果 469家企业中,接触岗位检测矽尘超标率为3.70%,噪声超标率为6.98%,且不同行业之间,不同企业规模之间超标率差异有统计学意义。苯和铅接触岗位监测合格率均为100%。接触5种职业病危害因素共5 235人,检出职业禁忌证6例。
      结论 噪声是海淀区主要存在的职业病危害因素,煤尘可不再做为重点监测对象,建议进一步加强职业卫生监管,提高职业健康检查率。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To investigate the current status of enterprises with 5 key occupational hazard factors in Haidian District in 2017, to detect and analyze existing problems, so as to provide the basis for formulating occupational disease prevention and control policies.
      Methods The survey was conducted in 469 enterprises, including the basic situation, monitoring hazards in workplaces and examining the occupational health of exposed population. Excel 2007 was used to input data, and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.
      Results Among 469 enterprises, the unqualified rate in the post contacted with silica dust was 3.70%, and the unqualified rate for noise was 6.98%. The qualified rate in the post contacted with benzene and lead was 100%. There were 5 235 people contacted with 5 occupational disease related hazards, the occupational contraindication was detected in 6 cases.
      Conclusions Noise was the main occupational hazard in Haidian District. Coal dust had no longer been used as a key monitoring object. It is suggested that the supervision of occupational health should be further strengthened so as to improve occupational health inspection.
