    Study on a Matrix Modifier for the Determination of Trace Cobalt and Zinc in Dried Persimmon by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

    • 摘要:
      目的 用基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)对陕西柿饼中锌(Zn)和钴(Co)的含量进行测定。
      方法 采用密闭式微波消解仪,降低消化过程样品元素损失。以1 600 mg/L PdCl2+2%抗坏血酸溶液(5~10)μL为基体改进剂,经氘灯背景校正,测定Co和Zn含量。
      结果 Co和Zn测定,回收率分别在96.2%~102.4%和89.2%~107.8%之间,方法的相对标准偏差分别为6.1%和8.2%,检出限分别为0.50 ng/mL和0.1 ng/mL。
      结论 该法具有方便、快捷、灵敏、稳定、干扰低优点,适于样品中Zn和Co的分析测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To determine the content of Zn and Co in dried persimmon from Shanxi by using a matrix modifier in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS).
      Methods A closed microwave digestion system was used to reduce the loss of elements in sample during digestion. 5 to 10 μL of PdCl2 +2% ascorbic acid solution (measured value 1 600 mg/L by weight) was used as a matrix modifier, and the determination of Co and Zn was corrected by using deuterium lamp as background.
      Results In the determination of Co and Zn, the recovery rates of standard addition were 96.2%~102.4% and 89.2%~107.8% respectively, the relative standard deviations of the method were 6.1% and 8.2%, respectively, and the detection limits were 0.50 ng/mL and 0.1 ng/mL respectively.
      Conclusions The method was convenient, rapid, sensitive, stable and low in interference; the method was suitable for the analysis and determination of Zn and Co in dried persimmon.
