Abstract:
Objectives To strengthen the quality control of disinfection laboratories and ensure the quality guarantee.
Methods Sodium dichloroisocyanurate was selected as the quality control sample. Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 was used as the test strain. According to the requirement of quantitative sterilization test in the Technical standard for disinfection (2002), samples from 32 laboratories of disinfection from provincial, municipal and autonomous regional centers for disease confrol and prevention were randomly divided to conduct a comparison of quality control assessment, robust statistical method to assess the ability of the laboratories.
Results 32 laboratories participated in the test and the test results of 22 laboratories were all qualified, which accounted for 68.75%. There were a total of 128 laboratories test data with 104 reached qualification, accounted for 81.25% of them.
Conclusions Some laboratories of disinfection showed quality control defects, need to be solved urgently.
