    Analysis and Recommendation on Monitoring of Microbial Contamination for Drinking Water in Yantai Port from 2013 to 2016

    • 摘要:
      目的 加强烟台港口饮用水卫生的监管力度,保障职工饮用水安全。
      方法 按照国家《生活饮用水标准检验方法》,定期对港口管网末梢和二次供水水质进行微生物污染监测。
      结果 2013—2016年共采集水样总数共计1 411份,微生物检验总合格数1 344份,总合格率为95.3%,不同年份的合格率存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(χ2=39.455,P=0.000 < 0.05)。四年中,管网末梢水质微生物检验合格率有3年均高于二次供水,并呈持续上升趋势;二次供水水质在2016年蓄水设备整改后水质恢复良好,合格率达到98.5%,与2015年相比合格率差异性显著(χ2=30.065,P=0.000 < 0.05)。
      结论 烟台港口饮用水总体水质良好,蓄水罐的维护管理对二次供水微生物污染影响明显,应加强管网及二次供水日常监测与管理,使企业用水质量得到根本保证。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To strengthen the sanitary supervision of drinking water and ensure the safety of drinking water for staffs and workers at Yantai port.
      Methods Water samples of terminal tap water and from secondary water supplies were monitored for microbial contamination regularly by the Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water.
      Results A total of 1 411 samples were examined in 2013-2016, 1 344 of which were qualified with a qualified rate of 95.3% (χ2=39.455, P=0.000 < 0.05). In three of these four years, the qualified rate of terminal tap water on microbiological test was higher than that of water from secondary water supplies, and the qualified rate showed a rising trend. The water quality from secondary water supplies was improved with a qualified rate of 98.5% after water tanks had been rectified and reformed in 2016, which was significantly different from that in 2015 (χ2=30.065, P=0.000 < 0.05).
      Conclusions Drinking water was in a good situation in Yantai port on a whole, the maintenance of water tanks had an obvious influence on the microbial contamination of the secondary water supplies, so, targeted management should be carried out on terminal tap water and secondary water supplies to guarantee water quality basically.
