Investigation on the Experience after Smoking of Community Smokers in Chengguan District of Lanzhou in 2015

摘要:
目的了解兰州市城关区白银路街道某两个社区烟民的吸烟现状，进一步改善本地区吸烟状况。
方法采用随机抽样，抽取兰州市城关区白银路街道某两社区≥18岁的烟民共计155人进行入户调查。分析烟龄、吸烟后感受等情况。
结果本研究共调查155人，烟龄≥20年有119人（76.8%），吸烟量轻度105人（66.8%）、中度38人（24.5%）与重度12人（7.7%）者间差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；吸烟后人际关系的变化不同年龄组间差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。
结论兰州市城关区社区烟民烟龄相对较长，吸烟量较轻，人际关系、食欲改变、身体状况等吸烟后感受不同人群存在差异。

Abstract:
Objectives To understand the current status of smokers in two community of Chengguan District of Lanzhou to improve the smoking status in this region.
Methods Using a random sampling method, a total of 160 smokers more than 18 year-old in Silver Road and Chengguan District of Lanzhou were selected to have a household survey on smoking history and the experience after smoking.
Results A total of 155 valid questionnaires were collected. 119 people (76.8%) had a history of smoking for more than 20 years. There was a significant difference on the change of interpersonal relationship after smoking between moderate and light with severe smokers (P < 0.05).
Conclusions The smoking history of community smokers in Chengguan District of Lanzhou was relatively long and the amount of cigarette smoking was relatively low. The experience of smokers in different age, occupation and level of educatione after smoking were not the same.
