    Monitoring and Analysis on Benzene Series in Public Indoor Air of Xianning, Hubei in 2016

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解咸宁市公共场所空气中苯系物污染程度,掌握重点公共场所苯系物的浓度与分布,为公共场所卫生管理提供科学依据。
      方法 采用随机抽样法,抽取咸宁市50家公共场所作为监测对象,根据《工作场所空气有毒物质测定》中芳香烃化合物方案进行采样,应用GC-MS气相色谱质谱联用仪检测,计算空气中苯系物浓度并进行评定。
      结果 空气样品中苯、甲苯、二甲苯均未检出超标样品,其检出率依次为23.1%、16.3%、62.5%,(χ2=57.64,P < 0.01)。二甲苯的检出率较高,宾馆、游泳场、理发店、美容院、候车室苯系物的检出率依次为83.3%、58.3%、25.0%、50.0%、38.9%,(χ2=19.259,P < 0.01)。
      结论 虽然抽取的咸宁市公共场所苯系物未检出超标样品,但总体检出率较高。存在危害大众健康的风险,应针对性地加强通风等防护措施,改善公共场所空气质量。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To monitor the concentration and distribution of benzene series in public indoor air of Xianning and to provide scientific evidence and technical support for relevant department to develop critical control strategies.
      Methods Fifty public indoor air samples were selected by random for monitoring the concentration of benzene series in the air. Sample collection was based on the Determination of Toxic Substance in the Air of Workplaces, and these compounds were detected by GC-MS.
      Results The rates of detection for benzene, methylbenzene and xylene in public indoor air were 23.1%, 16.3% and 62.5%, respectively (χ2=56.1, P < 0.01), but all values were not over the standard limits. The rates of detection for xylene was the highest. The rates of detection for xylene in hotel, swimming pool, hairdresser, beauty salon and waiting room were 83.3%, 58.3%, 25.0%, 50.0% and 38.9%, respectively. (χ2=75.8, P < 0.01).
      Conclusions The detection of benzene series in public indoor air was common in Xianning, which could have impact on public health. Measures targeting to improve the air quality in public indoors should be strengthened.
